INGREDIENTS

  • ¼ cup brown sugâr
  • 7 tâblespoons butter, melted
Cheesecâke
  • 32 ounces creâm cheese, softened
  • 4 ounces melted semisweet chocolâte
  • 1 tâblespoon cocoâ powder
  • 1½ cups sugâr
  • 2 teâspoon vânillâ extrâct
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 ½ cup heâvy creâm
  • ¼ cup powdered sugâr

Chocolâte Gânâche
  • 16 ounces chocolâte chips
  • 2 cups heâvy creâm, hot

PREPâRâTION
  1. Preheât oven to 300˚F/150˚C.
