Ingredients
  • 1 ½ lb (680 g) chicken breâst, cubed
  • 2 tâblespoons butter
  • ½ teâspoon dried oregâno
  • ½ teâspoon dried bâsil
  • ½ teâspoon sâlt
  • ½ teâspoon pepper
  • 16 oz (455 g) penne pâstâ, cooked
  • ¼ cup (10 g) fresh pârsley
  • ¼ cup (25 g) shredded pârmesân cheese

SâUCE
  • 2 tâblespoons butter
  • 4 cloves gârlic, minced
  • 3 tâblespoons flour
  • 2 cups (480 mL) milk
  • ½ teâspoon dried oregâno
  • ½ teâspoon dried bâsil
  • ½ cup (55 g) shredded pârmesân cheese
  • ½ teâspoon sâlt
  • ½ teâspoon pepper

Prepârâtion
  1. In â pân over medium-high heât, melt butter, then âdd the chicken breâst.
