ingredients
  • 1/2 cup  coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup + 1 Tbsp water
  • 2 Tbsp unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/2 tsp  vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 medium carrot (60-70g), finely chopped or shredded
  • 4 Tbsp reduced fat shredded coconut
