My Favorite Keto Breakfast Sandwich

My favorite keto breakfast sandwich is low in carbs, high in healthy fats and off the charts in flavor! The sausage on the skin is that the good bit to form you not miss the bread at all!
Breakfast lovers, stand up!

I’m a bacon/sausage/eggs/cheese quite lady, and that i am unapologetic concerning ingestion breakfast foods for any meal of the day.

Back within the day, I attained the title of Breakfast Sandwich Maker Extraordinaire, with tasty flavors continually sandwiched between 2 slices of toast, bagels, English muffins, you name it…

Not smart for my body!

When I 1st started Keto/Low Carb I required a straightforward remedy for my breakfast sandwich obsession, therefore I puzzled what it'd be like if I quite inverted the sandwich to use sausage patties as bread.

  • 2 sausage patties
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp cheese
  • 2 tbsp sharp store cheese
  • 1/4 medium avocado, sliced
  • 1/4–1/2 tsp sriracha (to taste)
  • Salt, pepper to style


  1. In frypan over medium heat, cook sausages per package directions and put aside
  2. In tiny bowl place cheese and sharp store cheese. Microwave for 20-30 seconds till dissolved
  3. Mix cheese with sriracha, set aside
  4. Mix egg with seasoning and create tiny omelet
  5. Fill omelet with cheese sriracha mixture and assemble sandwich
