CHEESEBURGER MEATLOAF (KETO/LOW CARB)

Would you prefer to listen to what I discovered yesterday? Well, i noticed I had accidentally turned off comments on the diary for the past 2 months. Yikes!

About 2 months agone i used to be obtaining hit with a spam comment barrage thus I had turned off comments for the evening, absolutely designing on turning them back on following day. Whoops! Apparently I whole forgot. My apologies.
Onto the meat loaf. You get a reasonably substantial serving here at solely 2 carbs, feat you plenty of space for vegetables on the aspect to create up the bulk of the carb count in your meal.

Of course, it does not have the precise texture of a standard meat loaf, however I found it to be an excellent substitute. it's not powerful and therefore the diced onion lends some supplemental texture, flavor and wet. i'd advocate going for a recent onion for this as hostile onion powder for this reason.
Ingredients:
  • 2 pounds raw hamburger 80/20
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese (I use the type within the inexperienced can)
  • 1 little diced onion
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup store cheese, turn over cubes
Directions:
  1. Mix all of the ingredients except the store cheese. watch out to not over combine as this could build the meat loaf powerful. combine within the cheese cubes. 
  2. Place mixture into a gently sprayed massive kitchen appliance safe dish. kind into a meat loaf form. 
  3. Bake at 350-f for one hour, till fried through and brunet  on prime.
  4. Optional: garnish with sugar free tomato ketchup.
