CHIPS HEALTHY SNACKS

Breakfast is often called ‘the most important meal of the day’. As the name suggests, it breaks the overnight fasting period, I would rather says, it breaks your hunger fastly. Here I'm coming with healthy chips which replenish your supply of glucose to boost your energy levels and alertness, while also providing other essential nutrients required for good health.


Ingredients
 2 servings

  • 3-4 chapatis
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • Pinch mustard seeds
  • Pinch cumin seeds
  • Pinch sesame seeds
  • to taste Salt

Steps
Take 3-4 chapatis and crumbs into small pieces. Now take one pan, add oil, musterd seeds, cumin seeds and sesame seeds.

 

 

 

After that add chapati chips and add chilli powder, termaric powder and salt to taste. Saute chips for 5-10 minutes on medium flame and healthy chips are ready..... Serve with coffee or tea....
